Light Studies

These images begin with something ordinary. Light reflecting off rain-drenched asphalt.

What most people see as wet pavement becomes something else entirely at the macro level. Color bends. Shapes dissolve. Familiar places transform into compositions that feel otherworldly.

The edit process is intentionally restrained. Subtle adjustments to color and exposure. Occasionally a crop or mirrored frame to reveal what's already present in the scene.

The result is abstraction born directly from the real world. Fleeting, surreal, and alive.
